Warm-up:

Start each session with 2-3 minutes of light cardio to get your heart rate up and prepare your body for exercise.

Upper Body Workout:

Perform each exercise for the specified number of sets and repetitions, taking a 45-second rest between sets. Aim to complete three sets of each exercise, gradually increasing the resistance or repetitions as you progress.

Cool Down:

Finish the workout with 5-10 minutes of stretching, focusing on your upper body muscles.
