I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, which has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and the science behind effective training methodologies. This knowledge, combined with years of practical experience, enables me to design tailored fitness programs that maximize results and minimize the risk of injury.

One of my core philosophies is that fitness should be a holistic endeavor, encompassing not only physical strength but also mental resilience and emotional well-being.
