Targeting the entire back chain, the Smith Machine Bent Over Row targets the latissimus dorsi, infraspinatus, trapezius, posterior deltoids and rhomboids. It is the same as the bent-over exercise that is often used in strength training. This exercise can be programmed in low reps for strength or higher reps for muscle and strength endurance.
