How to do Dumbbell Tate Press

Dumbbell Tate Press

Starting Position: Start by lying on a bench or floor, holding 2 dumbbells. Extend your arms straight in the air and keep them at shoulders width.

Slowly bend your elbows so that the weights move towards the middle of the chest. Pause for a brief second and them exhale and straighten your arms.

In this triceps exercise, it is important to keep your shoulders steady. Only your elbow should be moving during this exercise.
