A certified Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Alexandra is also an experienced Medical Exercise Specialist. As a member of the Fitnessprogramer.com team, she creates scientifically based training content and regularly shares her experiences.
Her core expertise includes functional strength, mobility, corrective exercise, cardio conditioning, and habit development for long-term success. She is passionate about empowering others beyond the gym, offering content that fosters real transformation and lasting confidence.

Thomas Richards
Thomas is a seasoned Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Coach with over a decade of experience in the fitness and athletic development industry. He holds a Personal Training certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and is a Certified Speed and Agility Coach (CSAC) through the National Sports Performance Association (NSPA).
A CrossFit enthusiast, Thomas specializes in developing performance-driven training programs that enhance athleticism, speed, and movement efficiency. His evidence-based approach supports both recreational and competitive athletes in reaching their full potential.


Kelvin Johnson
With over a decade of experience, Kelvin is a Strength and Conditioning Coach and a certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist. As an experienced exercise physiologist, he develops physical activity programs to help people improve fitness components such as cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and flexibility.

Robert George
