How to do Kettlebell Windmill
Step 1: Grab a kettlebell with your right hand and stand with your feet more than hip-width apart. Bring the weight next to your right shoulder, then press it overhead.
Step 2:Rotate your chest to the right and look up at the kettlebell as you try to touch your left foot with your left hand.
Step 3:Pause, then return to start, keeping your right arm extended.
