Standing Dumbbell Upward Fly

How to do:

Dumbbell Upward Fly

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand.
  • Slowly lift your arms up and combine the dumbbells in front of your chest.
  • Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position.
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Note: Avoid swinging your arms or using momentum to lift the weights. Start with a lighter weight to get used to the movement and gradually increase the weight as it gets stronger.
