  • The pike push-up is an advanced bodyweight exercise seen in functional fitness, and bodyweight training programs. This exercise strengthens your shoulders, chest, arms, and back muscles simultaneously. It also contributes to your spine, balance, flexibility and strength.
  • In this exercise, which requires experience for beginners, you give approximately 100% of your body weight to your arms. Therefore, it is not recommended to start this exercise without strengthening your arms.
